Since joining IKEA 4 years ago, I evolved from freelance graphic and web designer, to a versatile and autonomous ux/ui & product designer.
Working for a big brand gave me access to lots of design tips, tools and insights offered by the main branch; while my amazing team provided a space for me to grow in, designing for the e-commerce, internal tools and the internal design system, as well as participating in research projects.
Currently I lead the design of the Kitchen Sales CRM tools, and I’m working on implementing a more data-driven decision making among the team, both by contributing with research and metrics gathering, and by showing the value of this approach to the rest of the teams through presentations.
